    I don't understand the negative reviews. I moved to Mt. Shasta from Chicago where I had a WIDE variety of Mexican food options and I love this place. Go at least a couple times a week to get my Mexican fix. The interior is warm and inviting, with an authentic wood theme. They have a spacious outdoor patio area with a view of the mountains. The food is delicious and authentic. Not much more to say. I prefer it over the other options in town. The staff is friendly. My only qualm is sometimes they're busy and can't get to the phone, which is hardly something that warrants a negative review. We're only human.

    Lalo's is amazing!!! He has been with our community for 40 years. The food is amazing, the building is gorgeous and Lalo's community spirit is top notch, ENJOY.

    This place was very clean, very friendly staff and friendly owner. I haven’t been here for years but it is definitely better than casa Ramos, which I’ve gotten sick from numerous occasions. The food was hot and the restaurant smelt delicious from the second we walked in. Our food was flavorful, I would recommend them, especially for the siskiyou county area. I was nervous about coming here due to every other Mexican place in siskiyou county being bland or giving us food poisoning. But this place was clean and I would recommend to any of my family visiting.

    This restaurant has been here for as long as I can remember and despite our lovely waitress not knowing what a michelada was or wearing the cute cocktail dress as was their uniform (waaaaay back in the day), the food is still delicious and the interior is beautiful. I do recommend the margaritas, they are great! I have pictures...somewhere haha... will post when I find them 😁
